Return or Exchange


At NatFarm, we offer a 5-day exchange/return window. You can request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting us at sales@natfarm.co.in

When Are Returns or Exchanges Accepted?

Exchanges and returns are only accepted in the following rare cases:

  • You received a damaged or wrong product
  • The seal was broken or tampered with at delivery
  • The product was expired upon arrival

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice during pickup. Used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address and notify you of the pickup schedule.

For approved exchanges, the replacement will be delivered within 3–5 working days after the pickup.

For any delivery-related concerns, please reach out within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted only before the order is shipped.
  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • NatFarm reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons like product unavailability, pricing errors, or incorrect customer details.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
